Where to get help with NYXDB: the community on GitHub, commercial support and vulnerability reports.
NYXDB is built in the open. Three places answer questions, in the order most people need them.
- Community. Questions, bug reports and feature requests go to GitHub. The engine's issues are public and the team answers there.
- Commercial support. Teams running NYXDB in production have the team that builds the engine answer by email. The pricing page explains how that starts.
- Security. A vulnerability goes to the address on the security page, never to a public issue.
