Get help, and upgrade without surprises.
NYXDB is developed in the open. Community support happens on GitHub, commercial support is available by email, and releases are versioned and benchmark-gated so upgrades stay predictable.
Community support
Questions, bug reports, and feature requests are handled in the open on GitHub. Search existing issues first, then open a new one with a reproducible example.
github.com/NYXL-ioCommercial support
Teams running NYXDB in production can arrange commercial support with priority response. Tell us about your deployment and we will follow up.
[email protected]Documentation
Installation, core concepts, the SQL reference, and operations are all covered in the docs — the fastest path for most questions.
Read the docsReleases
Releases follow a simple contract: they are versioned, they are gated on performance, and they document what changed.
Versioned releases
Every release is versioned, so you can pin a known-good build and upgrade deliberately rather than tracking a moving target.
Benchmark-gated
Latency regressions block a release. Every hot path ships with a Google Benchmark case and a measured before/after — a regression fails the gate instead of shipping.
Upgrade notes
Each release ships upgrade notes describing behavior changes and any migration steps, so an upgrade is never a surprise.
We do not offer a long-term support (LTS) commitment yet. Formal support windows — how long each release line receives fixes — will be published with the 1.0 release.
