Limits

Request deadlines and limits on a NYXDB node, each derived from the hardware and named with its configuration key.

  • A request of an authenticated direct session carries no server deadline by default: it is bounded by the work it asked for and stops on Cancel, a connection close or a node drain.
  • Limits derive from the node's hardware; an explicit configuration key wins, and every effective value is visible with its origin.
  • A limit that is reached names the limit and its configuration key.
