Installing and starting a NYXDB node — the node process, its configuration file and its data directory.

A NYXDB node is one process started with a configuration file and a data directory. The configuration names the client listener, the issuer key that signs bearers, and the storage settings of the node; see Configuration.

Once the node is running:

  1. GET /auth/issuers answers with the issuers the node offers (password, api_key).
  2. Sign in with a password or an API key at POST /auth/password or POST /auth/api-key, and exchange the bearer for a session at POST /auth/session.
  3. Send your first queries.
