# Support

> Where to get help with NYXDB: the community on GitHub, commercial support and vulnerability reports.

NYXDB is built in the open. Three places answer questions, in the order most
people need them.

- **Community.** Questions, bug reports and feature requests go to
  [GitHub](https://github.com/NYXL-io/db). The engine's issues are public and
  the team answers there.
- **Commercial support.** Teams running NYXDB in production have the team that
  builds the engine answer by email. The [pricing page](/pricing/) explains how
  that starts.
- **Security.** A vulnerability goes to the address on the
  [security page](/security/), never to a public issue.
