Telemetry is read from system relations such as `system.telemetry_metrics`,
`system.telemetry_events`, `system.query_stats` and `system.health_signals`;
see [System relations](/docs/operations/system-tables). Alert on write
pressure, WAL growth, transformation lag and stream lag.
